Request for Proposal (RFP) Templates and Guidelines
MEITY has released model template documents to help government organizations in preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) for successful implementation of e-governance projects. The model document consists of 3 sets covering categories like consulting services, implementing services and public private partnership (PPP). The model document covers sample templates, contract agreement and guideline, which has been aligned with the general financial rules, Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) guidelines and other relevant notifications released by the government and e-governance standards, and other initiatives like Start-up, Make in India and MSME.
